i took leave on monday and wednesday to study
however, due to unforeseen circumstances, i went back to work for 3 pathetic hours
lol.
and yesterday's work, is good and bad.
first, had early lunch becos we were expecting food to come in
but food came in damn late
then a lady came and ask for something which i have not seen in muji before
qifang&james&gredine all gave me absolute answer that there is no such thing
yet the lady insist that we have it becos she had been getting it from the past few years
(seriously, she's so routined. not flexibility at all WOMAN)
since she's so resolute, i went to check data, i can't even find the barcode with that product
and i can't tell her we will have it soon since i dont know when the stocks is coming and whether the stocks that's coming has it.
so i told her, no we don't have it this year yet.
then, on the spot she picks up her phone to a corner and called paragon.

DON'T KNOW WHICH BITCH WENT TO TELL HER THAT THEY HAVE IT.
the lady came madly and keep scolding me
saying my service suck and BLARBLARBLAR.
i tried explaining(& jane was too busy to help me) then she say i didn't try
YAYA. what the fuck.
so i apologised&apollogised&apologised&apologisedapologised&apollogised&apologised&apologisedapologised&apollogised&apologised&apologisedapologised&apollogised&apologised&apologised.
she was scolding me RIGHT AT THE CENTRE OF ATTRACTION OK.
after which i stormed to the store to find james
"JAMES! the customer say paragon has it. =.="
he called up paragon and paragon said "sorry we don't have that thing"
WHAT THE HELL.
and i was like "can i call paragon & scold'em?"
ok. that part james ignored me. but i was pretty mad!
but i did laugh and all lah. cos, i don't know why either.
maybe becos gredine got scolded by customer also then, peiping also blackface(should be scolded by CJ) & on that day there's a few cusstomers that praised me so it's like, offset?
but that lady look so pretty THEN SO DUMB & UN_UNDERSTANDING. what a pity?

no matter what, they should help to explain
i mean, if the lady called and they led her to think they have it she will definitely say "but bugis say they don't have it" why didn't they say anything about it? like "oh some things bugis doesn't have one" really, what's the competition for huh? all working for the same mother company right! ian is right. RIDICULOUS.

hai. back to square one. i thought retail stores do not have competition(not that so strong) and i am so wrong. i guess, i have to learn to compete from now onwards. moreover, i'm in business field. what the hell. RAHHRAHHHRAHHH!
